Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, broth, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add beaten eggs and mix well.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
