- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Mix in Thai basil and remove from heat.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
- Place a wrapper on a flat surface.
- Add a portion of beef mixture and some vermicelli noodles.
- Add fresh vegetables on top.
- Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
