  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
  • Fresh vegetables for filling (like carrots and cucumber)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  5. Mix in Thai basil and remove from heat.
  6. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  7. Place a wrapper on a flat surface.
  8. Add a portion of beef mixture and some vermicelli noodles.
  9. Add fresh vegetables on top.
  10. Roll the wrapper tightly and seal the edges.
  11. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  12. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
