- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices in a separate pan.
- Place cooked mushrooms on two slices of bread.
- Top with Swiss cheese.
- Add the remaining bread slices on top.
- Grill the sandwiches until the cheese melts.
