Delicious stuffed shells filled with seasoned meat and cheese.
Ingredients

- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked beef, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the meat mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells on top of the sauce.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use any ground meat of your choice.
- Can substitute marinara sauce with alfredo sauce.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
