A delicious stuffed Italian meatloaf filled with savory flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spread half of the meat mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Layer mozzarella cheese and half of the marinara sauce on top.
- Cover with remaining meat mixture and shape into a loaf.
- Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with extra marinara sauce on the side.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
