- 10 spooky phantom peppers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the spooky phantom peppers in half.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss the peppers in the mixture to coat.
- Place the peppers on a baking sheet.
- Add chopped onions and diced tomatoes around the peppers.
- Drizzle lime juice over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until peppers are tender.
