Ingredients

- 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
