- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Brown chicken thighs on both sides, about 5 minutes each.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sauté until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream and stir well.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot with sauce over chicken.
