Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Place the chicken in the slow cooker.

  7. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  8. Shred the chicken before serving.
