- 3–4 lbs beef brisket
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, paprika, brown sugar, and chili powder.
- Place sliced onions and garlic in the slow cooker.
- Put the brisket on top of the onions.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the brisket.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
- Remove brisket and slice against the grain.
- Serve with remaining sauce.
