- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives (for decoration)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (for decoration)
- Crackers or veggies for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and place on a serving platter.
- Decorate with black olives for eyes and sliced almonds for teeth to create a skellington face.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the mixture.
- You can prepare the cheese ball a day in advance.
