- 200g udon noodles
- 250g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle black pepper and soy sauce over the beef and vegetables.
- Add cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss everything together.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
