Easy and delicious sheet pan chicken pitas for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken on a sheet pan.
- Add cherry tomatoes and red onion to the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked.
- Warm the pitas in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
- Assemble the pitas with chicken, cucumber, and tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately.
