Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bagels in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, vegetables, and meat (if using) to the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into each bagel half.
