Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are slightly golden.
- Let cookies cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Frost cooled cookies and serve.
