Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Dip each slice of bread into the pumpkin mixture, coating both sides.
- Place the coated bread in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar.
Notes
- Use thick slices of bread for better texture.
- Feel free to add whipped cream on top.
