- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 12 oz chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
- Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Chill until the chocolate sets.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
- Roll in crushed nuts for added texture.
