- 4 oz prosciutto
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough.
- Place the burrata cheese in the center of the dough.
- Arrange the prosciutto evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
