Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ricotta and mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Fill the cannoli shells with the pistachio mixture using a piping bag.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top for garnish.
