Ingredients

  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
