A delicious and creamy pesto chicken pasta bake.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pesto sauce, cream, and half of the mozzarella.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include sun-dried tomatoes.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
