Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until golden.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken pieces and brown on all sides.
  5. Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, and cumin.
  6. Add tomato paste and mix well.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
