Pepperoni Pizza Pumpkins: 7 Irresistible Fall Delights

Ingredients

  • 1 medium pumpkin
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top off the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
  3. Brush the inside of the pumpkin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly inside the pumpkin.
  5. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
  8. Add another layer of cheese.
  9. Replace the pumpkin top and place on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
