Ingredients

- 1 medium pumpkin
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top off the pumpkin and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
- Brush the inside of the pumpkin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly inside the pumpkin.
- Add a layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Place pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
- Add another layer of cheese.
- Replace the pumpkin top and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- Use a small pumpkin for individual servings.
- Adjust toppings to your preference.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
