Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add cooked linguine to the pan with meatballs.
- Stir to combine, add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve topped with extra parmesan and parsley.
