Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the aioli.
