- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
