Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add egg noodles and stir to combine.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and cover.
  9. Cook until noodles are tender and chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  10. Stir in butter until melted and well combined.
  11. Garnish with parsley before serving.
