- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles and stir to combine.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cover.
- Cook until noodles are tender and chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in butter until melted and well combined.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
