Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cubed chicken and cook until browned.
- Add sliced mushrooms and thyme; cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
