Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup asiago cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the mushroom mixture over it.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and mushrooms.
- Sprinkle asiago cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
