Description
Mint Oreo truffles are a delicious no-bake dessert made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in chocolate.

- 1 package Oreo cookies (15.35 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and peppermint extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- You can use white chocolate for a different flavor.
- Add crushed peppermint candies on top for extra crunch.
