Description

Mini pecan pies are delightful bite-sized desserts filled with a sweet, rich pecan filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package mini pastry shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Add chopped pecans and stir well.
  4. Place mini pastry shells on a baking tray.
  5. Fill each shell with the pecan mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until filling is set.
  7. Let cool before serving.
