Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 package puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and mushrooms, sauté until soft.
  4. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms, stir to combine.
  5. Gradually add vegetable broth, stirring until thickened.
  6. Mix in thyme, salt, and pepper.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in gruyere cheese.
  8. Roll out puff pastry and cut into circles.
  9. Fill each circle with mushroom mixture.
  10. Seal edges and place on a baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
