- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the bacon and green onions. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed ritz crackers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
