A delicious recipe for melting sweet potatoes with a maple miso glaze.

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix miso paste, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the sweet potatoes in the miso mixture until well coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- For a bit of heat, add chili flakes.
