Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Add bell pepper and zucchini, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot.
