Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. In a skillet, brown the meatballs on all sides.
  5. Spread mashed potatoes in a baking dish.
  6. Add meatballs on top of the mashed potatoes.
  7. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
