Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread shrimp on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
