Delicious Korean chicken skewers marinated in a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
