- 1 pound thinly sliced beef
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add beef, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the dough into a rectangle on parchment paper.
- Spread the beef mixture over the dough.
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly and seal the edges.
- Cut into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
