- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cauliflower rice, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
