- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta. Cook until pasta is tender.
- Stir in thyme and oregano, season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
