  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in spices and salt; cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the roast and sear on all sides.
  6. Cover and transfer to the oven.
