Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas (400g)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until soft.
- Stir in the pureed tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chickpeas, garam masala, cumin, coriander, and salt.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and heat through.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
