Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
