- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and vegetables.
- Add cooked lo mein noodles, toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
