Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until it is no longer pink.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and garam masala. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
