A creamy and flavorful dish made with marinated chicken in a spiced tomato sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until it is no longer pink.
- Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and garam masala. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- Serve with rice or naan.
