Ingredients

- 1 pound of sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over high heat.
- Add the marinated steak and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
