Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine berries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat.
- Cook until berries soften, about 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the berry mixture.
- Stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Place the brie in an oven-safe dish.
- Pour the berry sauce over the brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until brie is melted.
- Serve warm with bread or crackers.
