Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
- Add diced onions, celery, bell pepper, and pickle relish to the bowl.
- Stir in the cooked macaroni and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
