Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground chicken, cook until no longer pink.

  5. Pour in soy sauce, stir well.
